Digital Manga Characters

Consistent in numerous Manga lore and stories, is the theme of characters with energy powers. Students will discover how to push their illustration skills further with Adobe Photoshop, through advanced lighting and filter effects, in order to produce a team of heroes and villains, clashing with supernatural abilities. During this camp, students will investigate the illustrated physics of energy beams, blasts, and other electric bursts, as well as the dynamic body positions necessary to produce these charges. 

• Learn how to use Adobe Photoshop 
• Demonstrate an understanding of how to manipulate light and create dynamic effects
• Complete an illustration of a unique manga character
