Jonathan Hardesty
Director of Education
Jonathan Hardesty, driven by a disdain for corporate life, transitioned to classical training at 22. For him, art is communication, and technique is the conduit. As an educator, he delights in sharing knowledge and igniting passion in others. Balancing discipline and fluidity, he mirrors this ethos in his dedication to mixed martial arts.
Mike Hammond
Director
With a background in filmmaking, Mike’s ability to see the bigger picture has been the backbone of Frisco’s One River since it first opened its doors back in 2017. An artist himself, Mike works mostly in acrylic paint & mixed media, creating complex & abstract art.
In his off time, Mike loves to watch sumo wrestling & spend time with his family.
Ariana F
Student Coordinator
Ariana is all about connecting students to their perfect class fit & ensuring a great experience for their families. As an artist, Ariana found her start online as a freelance illustrator within the amateur esports scene.
If you see doodles of bunnies around the studios, it’s likely her doing.

Stephanie Caracalas
Stephanie’s professional art journey began in 1998 when she established her creative outlet business. Since then, she’s exhibited work throughout the country & gone on to become an creative educator.
Primarily self-taught, Stephanie has her own approach & definition when it comes to art. She believes in continual risk taking & finding inspiration in all things. At the moment, she currently lives in North Dallas with her husband & two dogs!
Joseph Halsell
A staple in this location’s digital classes, Joe’s inclination towards the medium is a result of the freedom that working digitally gives him; he loves being able to quickly make adjustments & experiment. As an artist, he strives to be the best so that he’s prepared when opportunity arises.
Active in bouldering & mountain climbing, Joe finds that the activity helps to improve his focus & creativity when it comes to his art.
